Senior IT executive with deep understanding of the fundamentals of running an IT organization. Demonstrates 20+ years experience with inclusive leadership managing global IT engineering teams (30+), projects and budgets (€15+ M) in the financial sector.
Strategy enabler in the organizations in which I worked helping to achieve business objectives as well as their transformation. Procure platforms and technological paradigms that provide productivity improvement, global reusability and agile secure deployment of new components meeting budgets and sustainability targets.
My last professional stage complemented with the IESE Global Executive MBA degree has been a huge challenge experience in many senses but especially from the managing and leading people perspective as well as undertanding the business fundamentals. Motivating, understanding, developing and supporting my collaborators require skills that I have had to acquire on the job and during this training.
On the personal dimension, I am a friendly man who knows how to create group. I love to listen and help to achieve consensus in order to reach the marked objectives.
Aligning business and technology agendas, as well as identifying areas where innovation can drive business value is my primary motivation. Working with people from whom I can learn and with values aligned with mine has always been my aspiration.
